By purchasing or accessing Freedom Funnel, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Service

Freedom Funnel is a marketing system and software-access offer that includes:

- Educational resources and training

- Funnel templates, workflows, and systems

- Access to a GoHighLevel subaccount under Weisner Ads’ agency account

Weisner Ads provides access, configuration, and support but does not guarantee specific financial, marketing, or business results.

GoHighLevel Subaccount Access

Clients are granted a subaccount within Weisner Ads’ GoHighLevel agency account. You do not own the GoHighLevel platform or the agency account.

Weisner Ads reserves the right to:

- Suspend or terminate subaccount access for non-payment or violation of these Terms

- Modify features based on GoHighLevel platform updates

- Reclaim or disable access if services are discontinued

Payments and Billing

All payments are due as stated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed according to the selected plan.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Weisner Ads does not guarantee income, leads, sales, or business success. Results depend on individual effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Any examples, case studies, or testimonials are illustrative only and not promises of results.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the platform lawfully and ethically

- Maintain the security of your login credentials

- Not misuse, resell, duplicate, or exploit the software or systems

- Comply with applicable laws, including marketing and data protection regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, systems, templates, training materials, and processes provided through Freedom Funnel remain the intellectual property of Weisner Ads unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or claim ownership of these materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weisner Ads is not liable for:

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

- Platform outages, third-party failures, or software downtime

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Use of the Freedom Funnel is at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Freedom Funnel or GoHighLevel subaccounts if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful or unlawful activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Weisner Ads operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
